TCC: Transitional Cell Carcinoma

Testicular Cancer: Is cancer that develops in the testicles, a part of the male reproductive system.

Treatments:   Since testicular cancers can spread, patients are usually offered adjuvant treatment - in the form of chemotherapy or radiotherapy - after surgery to remove the affected testicle (orchiectomy).

Testis: The male organ of reproduction

Testosterone: The male hormone

Testosterone Deficiency: When the testicles do not produce enough testosterone. Symptoms- erectile dysfunction, diminished sexual drive, low energy, depressed mood, decreased muscle mass or tone

Treatments: Replacing the body's testosterone- IM injections, Oral tablets, Transdermal systems (patches)
